Terms of service

These terms are between you and 1219337 B.C. Ltd., operating as T2Returns.com ("we", "us").

What we do

We prepare and electronically file tax returns from financial records you provide. We are a tax preparation service, not a public accounting firm. We do not audit, review or compile financial statements, and we do not provide assurance of any kind.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your books and the documents you upload. We rely on them as given. You review and approve each return, and sign the authorization to file, before we file it.

Price

The price shown at checkout is fixed for the scope you described. If your file turns out to be more complex, we will quote the difference before doing more work. You may accept it, or receive a refund of the amount paid less $49.

Turnaround

Standard returns are filed within 10 business days, and rush returns within 2 business days, of a complete file: all checklist items received, CRA authorization approved, and engagement letter signed. The clock pauses while we wait for your answers or approval. If we miss it, we credit $50 (standard) or refund the rush fee (rush).

Payments to CRA

Any tax, interest or penalties owing are yours to pay to the government. We tell you the amount and due date; we never handle your tax payments.

Limitation

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the return in question.
