1219337 B.C. Ltd., operating as T2Returns.com, collects personal information only to prepare and file your returns and to run our service.

What we collect

• Contact details and your quiz answers, to give you a price.
• Business and tax records you upload, including shareholder and director details, to prepare and file your returns.
• Messages you send our chat assistant, and any contact details you give it, to answer you and follow up.
• Site analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies) and where you came from, such as an ad or search, to see which pages and campaigns help people.

How we use and share it

We use your information to prepare, review and file your returns, to contact you about them, and to send reminders you can opt out of. We share it with the Canada Revenue Agency and provincial tax authorities when filing, and with service providers who help us run the service (payments, email, document storage, analytics, and the AI service that powers our chat assistant). We do not sell your information.

Cookies and ad measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. When you send us your details from an ad visit, Google receives a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email to match the visit to the ad; it doesn't receive the email itself. You can turn these cookies off with Reject on the cookie notice, by clearing this site's data and choosing Reject, or with Google's opt-out tools. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland are not tracked with cookies.

Where it's stored and for how long

Client documents are stored in Canada. We keep records for as long as tax law requires, generally six years after the year they relate to, then delete them.
